Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information submitted to The Note Cabinet by Termstead is collected, used, and protected. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or made by calling 1-888-355-8005.

Information we collect

When you request a Note Options Review, we collect the contact information and note details you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, best contact time, note type, property state, approximate financial terms, payment history, and path you want to explore.

When you use Cabinet Guide, the conversation text you submit is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. The Note Cabinet does not save that conversation text to its lead database. We retain a one-way hashed network identifier and request time for rate limiting, but not the content of the conversation.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as a security token, request time, page path, and a one-way hashed network identifier used for rate limiting. Funnel events may record actions such as opening or completing a review step, without including the contact information entered in the form.

How we use information

• Respond to your requested Note Options Review.
• Organize the note information you provide and discuss possible next steps.
• Protect the form from spam, abuse, and duplicate automated requests.
• Measure and improve the review experience.
• Generate educational answers through Cabinet Guide and protect it from abuse.
• Maintain records and comply with applicable requirements.

Submitting a request does not create an appraisal, valuation, approval, commitment, offer, or transaction.

Service providers and disclosures

The site, review endpoint, and Cabinet Guide use Cloudflare infrastructure, including bot protection, database services, and AI inference. If a customer relationship system is configured, review information may also be transmitted to that service so the request can be followed up. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not use the review form to authorize sale of personal information.

Retention and security

Review requests are scheduled for deletion after 24 months, anonymous funnel events after 13 months, and Cabinet Guide rate-limit records after 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active request, legal obligation, dispute, or security purpose. Cabinet Guide conversation text is not stored in the lead database. We use access controls, HTTPS, server-side validation, bot protection, and rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or ask us to stop contacting you about it, by using the email address or phone number above. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

Children and changes

This service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
